1. Your parcel is out of Customs and in the hands of Canada Post for delivery. Look at Canada Post site.

1. Unfortunately your tracking number is not a valid tracking number, it's a fake number and can not be track. You can verify here:

2. You should contact seller and tell him about your parcel or open a dispute to get your money back.

Hello my package was ordered on the 11th of august. No shipping info or tracking is able to come up. Tracking number is LT030490104CN please help!

Hi,
Ok you bought the item on 11 Aug but when did you get the tracking number? Once you get it you have to wait up to 10 days so you could track it. If it's been already more than 10 days contact the seller so he/she call China Post.

I'm sorry my mistake. I ordered the item on August 3d. I was looking at the wrong date. It's almost the end of August and I've had no shipment info or update. It is stuck at shipment is on its way to carrier for too long.
