I sent a package from the UK to China using the international track and signature option by Royal Mail. Whilst the item has arrived in China, China Post could not deliver the package to the company as no one was in to accept the package. Apparently the courier left a note with instructions on making alternative arrangements for re-delivery. However the company has advised no such note has been left. The items are valued up to £250 and the company will not give me a refund. I need to find out where the package is. The address on the package is:
4 Fenghui Business Square, No 158 Shanji Road, Yuanhe Street, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou. Are you able to help.

You should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from local post office. Many parcel with English address can not be delivered in China as China Post delivery guy do not understand English.
