Hi all,

I've sent the above parcel from Singapore to Guangzhou on 5 Oct 2015. Since 9 Oct 2015, tracking record has been showing "Arrival Import Customs, Guangzhou" without further progress till now.

I've tried calling my local post office & Chinapost for assistance but was informed to contact the other party each time. These calls does not seem to help..

Is there any other way to help expedite the delivery of my parcel? Or its return to Singapore if the customs is having problems with it.

RC680483990SG should have some delivery problem in China. Please read following link for possible reason and solution:

My parcel has arrived destination country for long time without delivery, why?

The address is not self-made and it does not have any security system. I have written the address in Mandarin before sending. The receipient is staying at the said address and she has been waiting for the parcel.

When she called 11185 for assistance, she was asked to approach Guangzhou Customs. When she approach the customs, she was asked to approach China Post instead.

Can anyone help me on this matter as the parcel is time sensitive? Any advice wis greatly appreciated..
