Hi my package is stuck in Hangzhou sine 08/10/2018.
Why??????
When will i recived it? I've payd for it a mounth ago and it was a birthday's present
Please help me

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ875591935CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 8. normally such epacket might take 7 to 20 days to reach Italy.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not see new status by early Nov, you need open dispute for lost parcel.
