Post My package wasn’t in the post office

RP059841408CN : order numer. Yesterday I wrote to you guys to see what was the status of my order and you guys said it was already in the post office. I went today and it wasn’t there. Also when I check my order it says “failed attempt”

usps.com shows Your item RP059841408CN arrived at the SAN LORENZO, PR 00754 post office at 12:43 pm on October 25, 2018 and is ready for pickup.

You need go to above post office to pickup the parcel asap.
