1. It's been to long for your parcel to arrive in your country Turkey. Either your parcel is lost or misplace.

2. You have 2 choices either you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He could call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out about your parcel.

3. Or you could open a dispute. If you open a dispute, please don't close it because you will not be able to re open a new one for this parcel.
