http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY863833532CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 22. It is waiting in airline warehouse for available flight space from Hangzhou to Miami. you can not see new status until parcel passes USA customs. this might take 7 to 20 days.

You have more than 80% chance to get the parcel before Nov 16, no need worry too much.
