I have not received my parcel from November last year. Seller has posted Order Finished but its not finished.
Can you please check as Australia Post have not received my parcel

LX597265965CN is still in Shanghai airport. You should ask seller extend buyer protection. If seller does not response, open dispute for refund.

AusPost tracking shows this as having arrived in Melbourne on 29 Nov, and records a customer enquiry on 15 Dec. Did they tell you it never arrived in the country...?

Arrived at facility in destination country  5:26pm Wed 29 Nov  MELBOURNE VIC
