It's been 14 days since AliExpress says the seller has shipped the package with China Post Registered Air Mail but in tracking, I get the following message:
Shipping inormation is temporarily unavailable. If necessary, please verify with the carrier.
Tracking on 17track says can't be found. What does this mean?My tracking number is RS656115439CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php show only result "Electronic Data Received". This means RS656115439CN is fake number. your seller applied a tracking number from china post , but did not ship the goods.

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if the number can not get real location and shipment info in next 2 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund. If seller does not response, open dispute immediately.

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

After contacting the seller this is their answer:
your parcel is still in normal situation
The postal delivery time is unstable.
if still have not got it until the estimate deliver date,please mail us
we will solve the problem soon.
we are in this field for many years ,please trust me
thank you for your patience and wish you get soon,
if any problem, please contact us."

I suggest you wait 2 more days, if you can not get new result other than "electronic data received", open dispute to ebay/aliexpress

if you just got the number ,wait one week and track again. If over one week and you still shows "electronics data received", you need open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
