I have a tracking number, (RK286326930CN ) but I can't follow 1 month time passed, it turns out that I wrote my tracking number, what does this mean ??? Tracking information is temporarily unavailable.

It seems an invalid tracking number. Are you sure it's the right one?

Contact the seller immediately, if you can.

@alcino - The last update of your tracking id shows as follows "2015-07-29 08:01
China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE"

This is over a month, by this time this status should have changed. Saying this, more often than not, my packages coming through Kolkata airport/customs have always had long delays (sometimes it may take even 2 months to clear, depending on the weight/size/value/type of material in the package) in updates and delivery of the actual package.

I just assume that the tracking id that you've provided is from an aliexpress purchase. In that case, how many days of buyer protection remains for your order?

If possible, request the seller to extend the buyer protection by another 15 days.

Yes its Aliexpress $6 there are film Capacitors inside it. I already confirmed his item as his a friend. So will it come? or is it lost?

@alcino - since you have already confirmed the item as received, all you can do now is wait for the actual package to arrive.

(It's already been a month since the package left china, I hope you should get them in a week's time if not more)

I have bought a device programmer from Aliexpress on April. The shipping date is 2016.05.04. My track number is RI762406570CN. Untill now the item was not delivered to me yet. Should I wait some time more or consider it as a lost item?

2. Your parcel never left China, the 2 last tracking is indicating "Import" which mean incoming. So your parcel never made out of China.

3. If you still have buyer protection just open a dispute for parcel not receive. You could also include the above tracking. If you don't have anymore buyer protection contact seller and tell him you have not received the parcel and give him the above tracking number.
