Post Legitimate Tracking Numbers?

Have been dealing with a dodgy seller from Aliexpress, managed to negotiate with the seller to send my order via EMS without extra chage because it was a large order. However, Aliexpress latest update as to shipment is "Partial Shipment" and the numbers that were attached were as following:

RI665355446CN

RI665355199CN

RI665346838CN

Just wanted to know if these are legitimate numbers, and what "Partial Shipment" means? It seems like this seller has many good reviews but am just a bit miffed as to why he's reneged on his promise and sending my order in 3 separate packages? FYI, the order is for 14 basketball singlets.

Would appreciate some feedback.

EMS tracking number is like "E***CN", obviously your seller's tracking number is register mail, not EMS.

Actually he did not ship anything yet. All these 3 number are invalid. He only applied 3 tracking numbers from China Post but did not actually give the parcels to China Post.

You can wait one more week and track again. If no result, you should open dispute to aliexpress.

Hello, I have ordered a thing from aliexpress. I used china post registered airmail. The seller gave me the trackinh number last Oct 27, 2015. Until now there is no update yet. The tracking number is RI639209839CN.... it is from aliexpress

It's legit, your parcel was just mailed from Guangzhou on 02-Nov:
