My tracking number is LM101469359CN.

The last thing I have in the history for my tracking is:

2018/1/4 9:41 Departure export customs WUHAN EMS

That was 12 days ago. Whats going on? What does that mean?

Your seller only mailed the item on January 3. It left China for Canada on January 4. That's what "Departure export customs, WUHAN EMS" means -- your item cleared outbound customs from China in Wuhan.

Average time for these to show up in Canada seems to be around 25 days as of late. With a bit of luck you should see it in Canada Post's tracking around the end of January.
