Post Is this a fraud?

Hello,
The situation is as follows: I made an order 11 days ago, the seller "shipped" the items on September 18, i.e. created a logistics order but 2 days later changed the number explaining that "it expired" (that already seems strange). Later he stated that he shipped the items on September 24 but when asked why I don‘t see any information he said that I would see it in a few days. Now it's September 26 and I still don't see anything. Is it normal or should the information have already shown up if it is a registered parcel? I used various tracking engines and all of them show the only information "the logistics order has been created". The tracking number is RY311029873CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY311029873CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(Aliexpress)". This means your seller applied a tracking number from Aliexpress website, but never actually shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.

So it means the information should appear the same day as the items are shipped?

normally if seller actually gives the parcel to China Post, it will take about 48 hours to show up in tracking result.
