1. You should ask seller to extend your buyers protection for the parcel. At the same time ask him to confirm the following tracking:

2. What the last tracking is meaning to me is the following:
When your parcel was suppose to depart on the:
2016-11-09 18:02:11.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
3. There was possibly no room on the aircraft for the mail bag so it had to come back to the airport to schedule another flight out. Or their was a mechanical breakdown of the aircraft so the mail bag never got out of China.
4. But possibly coming back to the warehouse it got thrown in the back completely of the line with other mail bag. So that is why today we are seeing again this:
2016-11-23 03:37:27.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
5. And the next scan should be Export Customs Scan. In normal condition the next days or days after you would have seen Export Security and Export Customs Scan tracking for the parcel, but it did not happen for your parcel and many others in the same mail bag as you.
