Hello,

I ordered a pair of shoes in the begin of May. On the fifth of june, the status changed to sent to airline. However, now the status has changed back to export customs scan again. Does anyone know what this means? The track-trace code is RC784239689CN.

it might be airline space problem. just be patient.
