Post Epacket failed attempt

Need help! When I check my shipping status it says failed attempt but they didn’t leave a notice at my door telling me what to do now. I’d like to know if they will make another attempt or if I can go pick it up somewhere. Can someone please help me with this problem? LZ880129221CN
