I recently purchased a product from a HK company Seller and it was shipped by EMS on March 30th 2016, the last update was March 30th (International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada). no update for 2 weeks now. (the seller said it should be delivered to me mostly within two weeks), what happen to my package ? is it stuck in custom ?

This is what I found:

1. I don't know the delays for e-packets to Canada, but I suspect your parcel is at Canadian Customs.
2. There are delays in Vancouver Customs, for Registered parcel from China 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
3. Since e-packets has I think have priority over registered parcel, if it clear Customs you should get it.
4. I would also say the same thing as the seller, within 2 weeks you should get your parcel unless is rejected from Canadian Customs.

hi, just wondering, it seems like there is a big delay/holdup in Vancouver Canada custom for inbound parcel. is this include EMS Express?
