Jamaica Post will deliver the parcel to you. shipping from china to Jamaica might take 30 to 60 days depending on airline space in London(parcel needs travel from China to UK first, then to Jamaica).

Dis is my parcel RH233557865CN tracking number and it leaved Beijing on 18 march and after that its now showing any current status, so can I know this right now where is my parcel ?

shipping status will freeze at its last china location when it is outside of china. you no need worry too much at this moment.

You can not know exact location after parcel left china.
