My status is following: "Beijing express safety check rejected"
Please let me know what will happen to my package in this case? And where i can call to find out information about my order?

Your item has something that cannot be sent via airline. Usually in this case it will be returned to the sender. You should contact your seller and ask about a refund.

It's been almost 2 weeks that status for my package "sent to airline" hasn't been changed. I contacted the seller website "New Chick" and they can't provide more information rather then it's been shipped, they don't know even which airline it's been sent to.. How can I find out the airline name or get current progress for my package? And if anyone had an experience with NewChick website, how trustful are they?
