My parcel arrived to Beijing International Post Office on April 21st and still no news when I can physically receive it. Any attempts to call 11185 or 11183 have been useless because no one there can give me any information about my parcel. The Nederlands Post that had originally shipped it to China tried to contact China Post without any result or any answer by China Post.

I am getting desperate because at this point I don't know when I can receive it or why it has been blocked in Beijing for such a long time.

Now, I SERIOUSLY need explanations about this unreasonable delay and clear information about WHEN I can receive it. I live in Fuzhou so I can not fly to Beijing just to ask them in person.
