Post why my parcel been holding so long still not out of the country

I like to check what happen to my parcel . Item received by china post since 28 Apr 2014.
But till now 21 May 2014 still at china post custom control, scan, custom control, scan.why need so many scanning

Hi I had 1 more parcel RD074710585CN not news since 1 may like to check where is the parcel now.

Both RD074710585CN & RC853632111CN are the same item Tees. From different supplier and yet both I did not receive till now

It is a T-Shirt.
Like to check if like that can I open dispute as seller never reply me on the outcome

the parcel should be rejected by customs. ask seller to ship you another one, if seller does not agree, open dispute and claim refund.
