Hi I had a problem again like to check this parcel RL005851322CN. Should be from china to singapore
But 19 Jul 14 it went to shanghai from fuzhou all the way stay at shanghai till 6 Aug 14, 8 Aug 14 back to fuzhou I ask the seller if the item had return them they just saying on the way here. May I know what really happen?

RL005851322CN should have been returned to shipper in fuzhou. this is not a good news. you should open a dispute and claim refund asap.

Thanks this is what I expected to happen, but they don't admit about it when I ask.
They also never mention to resend the item where other seller do. Thanks so much

If the seller did not write returning address, the parcel might be stopped in the original post office and will not go back to seller's warehouse. It will be finally sold to public by auction. so your seller probably really did not receive the return.Anyhow, no matter your seller gets the return or not, you will NOT get the parcel.
