Please can someone tell me how long my parcel will be or if its on its way. There has been no update on the tracking system since the 07/12/2014.

Will there be any further updates on the status or is it just going to say 'Despatched from Sorting centre'?

Once the parcel arrives Australia, there will be some new status.

I am having the same problem. My item was sent to the airline on Dec 2, 2014. Will it be here by Christmas or is there any further information on this item? Is there a way to get the package weight and dimension for this package? Or possibly the stated item when it was sent through customs? Tracking number is RG039719835CN

My package was shipped the same day and time as yours we might see it in the us by the end of next week
