Hi Team,

I am just wondering where is my below parcel. it has more than 1.5 months while it cleared the Shenzhen custom cleared. it has been promised to delivered in one month.:(

the parcel left china on Mar 16. It have arrived Austalia Post system long time ago. Call Australia Post and see if they can find the parcel for you. If they can not find it, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

How to I know the tracking number is to my address? seller may send to other address,
RS575804067CN shown delivered, but I didn't receive it.

You can not know the address from tracking number. Contact your local post and see who signed the parcel. If Singapore Post can not find the parcel, you should open dispute to seller.

your parcel should be ok. Many ePackets now need 4 to 8 weeks to reach USA receiver. Your parcel is still in normal time frame. No need worry.
