I ordered some headphones on December 2, 2015, and I haven't received then after a month! Do you know where it is? My tracking number is CP297297369CN.

CP297297369CN is surface parcel,traveling time over 2 months is quite common, the status updating is also very slow. it should be still in Guangzhou port or on the sea.

RF002615568CN should be delayed by rush season. if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute.

RN204746558CN was shipped in Xmas time by your seller. You should open dispute before buyer protection expires.
