Hello I had to open a dispute because my item have not arrived yet. LN495818059CN last movement since 10-25 it's a pair of winter boots so I don't know why it is still stuck in customs. All my items I order in Oct never came or no updates.

you should open dispute asap. normally epacket will arrive within 2 weeks. your parcel must have problem.
