Dear China post,

I am Timotius W, from Indonesia. I have sent 2 packages from Nanjing, dated June 25, 2014. The tracking no are CP286806975CN and CP286806967CN. But I have not receive them until now. I also sent one package on Jul 2, 2014, and already arrived. These two packages are all clothes, because my daughter is going back to Indonesia after finished studying in China. I already asked Indonesia post, but they cannot help. Please help me know from your side. Please send to my email address at [email protected].

CP286806967CN just arrived Indonesia and failed delivery. you should contact Indonesia Post and pickup the parcel asap.

CP286806975CN is still on the sea ship to your country.

Thank you for your quick reply. I just have noticed from Indonesia Post that CP286806967CN can be pickup. I will wait for CP286806975CN.

I ordered for 2 pieces of watches from a seller.on 14/9/14 and he gave me this tracking number RC016428548MY and up till now I can track y order and he is not replying My messages.... please I just want to know Wat d problem is with the order......

RC016428548MY is not china post tracking number. you should track it in Malaysia Post website.

just checked using Malaysia post... it's showing
REFERENCE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST

probably you need wait about 2 weeks and then track it in Malaysia Post website.
