This is quickly turning into a horror story for me.... 😮

I ordered a big shipment of string led Christmas lights for $160 at a weekend sale when it was 40% off at ALIEXPRESS.

16 days ago: The seller says he have received my Visa payment and will send my order "ASAP"

11 days ago: The seller says he have shipped my order with China Post.... and gives me two tracking numbers that wont work.... RN612571908CN & RN612573435CN

8 days ago: the seller gives me a copy/pasted automated reply in broken English...

"Hi friend,
Thanks for you shopping with us! For the packages of China Post Registered Air Mail is full booked, they will take about half a month to deal with those packages. So we will shipping you goods via DHL express, it will takes about 10-15 days to you! Thank you!
If there is anything we can help, pls feel free to contact us."

2 days ago: I demand the DHL tracking number....

2 days ago: later that evening the seller replies:

"dear friend,
Thanks for you shopping with us! I'm very sorry ,Since Christmas is coming,For the packages of China Post Registered Air Mail is full booked, they will take about half a month to deal with those packages. So we will shipping you goods via Business express express, it will takes about 7-15 days to you! Thank you!
If there is anything we can help, pls feel free to contact us."

1 day ago: I get mad at the seller for giving me a useless automated reply again and I demand a DHL tracking number....

1 day ago: last night the seller replies:

"Hi friend,
Thanks for you shopping with us! For the packages of DHL is full booked, they will take about half a month to deal with those packages. So we will shipping you goods via Fedex express it will takes about 10 working days to you! Thank you!
If there is anything we can help, pls feel free to contact us."

Today: I get real mad at him and demand that he stop using automated replies..... and I say:

"If you want me to be happy with your service and give you a 5 star rating then "Give Me A Tracking Number That Works" .... If you send me that exact same copy-pasted message as you did before then i will be very angry and i "WILL" give you negative feedback!.... so choose your next words wisely."

Now I will play the waiting game... 😡

please can I find out what happened to my parcel RK034054422CN I have tried tracking but there's is no much information to show it actually arrived in Kenya what does collection at 210025 mean? pls respond on email [email protected]

With China Post tracking it says "opening" I assume this means that the customs opened it to check for contraband........

Then it says "Collection" which I assume means that it has been sent to your local post office and is ready to be picked up by you...

If you never received a notification then it was probably sent to the wrong address or something....

And by tracking it with http://www.posta.co.ke/trackIt.asp I see that it arrived at a post office in Kenya about 3 months ago (9/14 2014) so you will probably never see this package since most African countries don't return items that haven't been picked up within 14 days.... instead they throw it away in a container and sends it to the landfill... (you can thank the government for that)

so I strongly recommend that you get a refund.....just tell the seller that you never received the item...that's all he needs to know to give you your money back.

my opinion are good, on aliexpress the seller dont take money directly from you, you pay aliexpress and aliexpress give money to seller after you click "confirm good receiving"
Aliexpress staff in my case are all in my side,tell me everytime to open dispute and protect money.
All dispute i have opened (no shipping-different specification ecc.) i have back full or half money
In your case i suggest to open quickly a dispute for no tracking number and no shipping items , ask FULL REFUND and , sure, if seller are a "robber" and have try to joke you, he accept your dispute and dont want escalate dispute (after 4 days from opening) and have aliexpress staff checking his fraud activity with you and maybe give some penal to his shop.
imho are more efficent and fast than paypall

friend open dispute and dont accept to close it wathewher he promise to you
