Hi everyone. Hope someone can help me. In late February I ordered a blu ray player from a seller in china. On march 3, I rcvd an invoice from china post saying the order has been shipped. The status has been frozen at 'export customs' or something like that since march 5. Now heres the strange thing- I tracjked that same tracking number via global packing and it says the pkg was DELIVERED to a person in New York, USA . But I live in Massachusetts USA !!! Thery shipped it to the wrong person ??? Furthermore, I called the New York post office, and they told me the pkg was a very small one that they delivered, not as big as a blu ray player !

Ive contacted the seller, but he doesn't reply. OK but still China Post got SOME pkg and shipped it to the wrong address???

Yes, and that's what I did. That's what I said in my post above. I did contact the Elmont PO in New York and they confirmed the tracking number was the same that China Post had given me. They also said that their delivery address was in Elmont New York, not (me) in Massachusetts. They further said that the pkg (again, a small one) had been delivered to an address in Elmont new York around march 16 The carrier at that post office also told me it was a very small pkg, and certainly not large enough for a blu ray player.
They (Elmont NY) said that obviously China Post had put the wrong delivery address on the parcel, or had gotten something else mixed up.

Note: when you say check my mail box you are not understanding me. The pkg was delivered to SOMEONE ELSE's address (Elmont new York) and not mine (Plymouth, Massachusetts)
Could you please help me? I cant email China Post as they don't accept email.

3 possible reason:
1)seller gave you wrong number.
2)seller printed wrong address
3)USPS delivered this china post parcel to wrong address.

You should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
