This company sells wigs and hair extensions that are terrible quality. They're not as described at all. If you order a brown wig, you're gonna get a wig full of red, yellow, and silver hairs. The packing is horrible and the hair had factory dust all over it. The hair was dry and brittle and had split ends and breakage everywhere.

They say they cover return shipment costs on their website, but that is a lie. They said that "my issues did not qualify for free shipping," again ignoring what they posted on their website. They made me pay $90 to send my package back to China if I wanted a refund.

...except, they don't give refunds either! This company does whatever it can to not give you your money back. I sent my package on May 28th, it entered China Post customs June 9th, and it has been sitting there ever since. Why? Because Unice refuses to pay the duty tax that China Post has placed on the item! I've told them since July that the package won't be delivered and that they need to contact 11185 to pay the duty fee and arrange pick up of the package. However they keep refusing! The "support" team ( keeps telling me they've "contacted a manager" and to "be patient" but for three months now nothing has changed. I've asked them to let me speak to their manager themselves, but they flat-out refuse and tell me to stop messaging them. I don't think a manager exists. This whole practice is a scam!

PayPal has been useless in this fight, as well. I've told them to the letter what is happening in the open claim I filed on the transaction and they're not doing anything to help. They don't follow up with the seller, they don't question the seller, and they keep pushing back the resolution date because "they're waiting for the seller to receive the package," even though I told them exactly why the package hasn't been delivered and won't be delivered!

Unice has been trying to force me to take a "half refund" and close the PayPal dispute on my end while they "contact the shipping company," but this is a scam, too! Once I close the PalPal dispute, they have no obligation to refund the other half, let alone anything at all! I keep telling them that I would rather wait for a full refund while they pay the duty fee, but I'm starting to believe that they plan to abandon the package in customs and completely shaft me out of well over $300.
