My tracking number is RS339905439CN. I have not information since Dec 13, 2016. I would just like to know if it lost or is still in route to France please.

1. I suspect strongly that your parcel was late departing China causing it to be late right now. This delay was cause by the Holiday Season and the Smog in China preventing Aircraft to depart or cancel. Then the mail bags had to be rescheduled.

2. In very good condition parcel to France can take between 7 to 44 days to arrive. The reference can be found here:

3. I have check your parcel on La Poste site but your parcel has not been scan yet in France.
