Post Tracking number frozen on status shipped to India.....

RI337129865CN my tracking number has been last updated on 29th saying it has been shipped to India after that there is no movement in the order and item too has not reached yet please help me what should I do.. Is my order rejected by customs... But the order contains nothing of the prohibited type just a product made of pure plastic please someone help me...

parcel to India status changing is very slow. frozen for 2 to 4 weeks is normal. if it does not arrive by April 20. you should open dispute. if parcel arrives India, you can see new status here http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php
