Post still no movement,please help

i had buy a cellphone from panlishop.com and they had sent my parcel by china post on 12 may 2014,but my tracking id RC706608249CN does not shows any movement from 12 may when it shows item recieved from customer...please help me....i am worried

what is the item inside? it seems the parcel can not pass safety check.

if your cell has battery inside, it should not be shipped by airmail. the battery has caused many fire accident in airplane and banned by safety rule now. if your cell phone was detected by safety officer, it will be rejected and even destroyed. open a dispute to seller and claim refund asap.

i had opened a dispute on paypal...but the seller told me it might returned by post office so they will try to sent my parcel again after they got back...the seller asked me to close the dispute....please tell me what to do....i had the shipment from panlishop...is this a fake company?

you should not close the dispute until you get refund or receive the product.
