Post Should i dispute Yanwen sent parcels?

well, i'v read almost all of the topics referring to Yanwen express, so i kinda know what's the deal.
here's the situation, i ordered bunch of item through two sellers
one has 4 diamonds and the other has 2, indicating the reputation
4 diamonded seller gave me tracking number YF002267050YW and the two diamonded gave me 11170068400. i'm totally aware they're not registered china post numbers and even there's a really good chance that their tracking updates are fake. but the thing that's kinda annoying me is that i chose China Post Registered Air Mail as the shipping method for both cases and the sellers sent parcels via their methods, which brings up the question why Aliexpress technically allows this to happen and why the sellers did not let me know before doing that. one of them claims it's not in their hands and post office is responsible for the inconvenient which i don't really buy. based on Yanwen site 11170068400 has arrived in my country which as anyone else knows might be totally fake, but at least there's an update on that, the YF002267050YW just says "ShenZhen Arrived at ShenZhen Yanwen Sorting Center" which hasn't changed for almost a week. with this LONG explanation what i'm asking is what are my chances if i open a dispute? as far as i know it's seller's fault not to send the parcels via the chosen method and they were supposed to provide a "trackable" number. i don't usually "bother" sellers much and let them do their thing, but in these cases i think if don't do anything it would be an under reaction.
thanks for your help

YF002267050YW is actually china post regular parcel which can not be tracked. any "tracking result" for such parcel is not reliable. If you can not get the goods in 40 days, you should open dispute.
