I bought an item from Ebay and it says that it shipped and was out for delivery to the wrong destination. Can you please contact me so that I can arrange for it to come to me. Tracking number is RI488867964CN

you can not change address after the parcel is shipped.. if this is seller's fault to ship the goods to wrong address, you should open dispute to ebay and claim refund.
