Hi there.
im waiting for a packet. Supously now is in Wuhan in a warehose waiting to be sent. Curiously the destination country is Canada but Im from México and shut be send it to México. I wanna know if somebody can help me to clear my doubt about "my parcel"????

My tracking number is this one. Can please check if is real and destination is México???

RN607742817CN destination is Canada , not Mexico. Your seller must have given you wrong tracking number or shipped to wrong address. Ask him for correct tracking number, if he can not, open a dispute.

Oh thanks!! So Canada is the final destination of that packet?? They dont send it later to México???

Well i think is hard choose from a real and trusted seller in china.

How i can open a dispute and what can i get doing it??

if you purchased the goods from aliexpress, ebay,paypal, you will find buyer protection link in their website. you can open dispute there.
