The tracking is not updated after 21st October. can anyone please help me with it.
IT is a birthday gift which i ordered last month may be more than 1 month.

India Post website shows RU405025075NL arrived India Post office in DIMC NEW DELHI 110002 on Oct 21. Last status is Transfer from office of exchange.

It is strange that the parcel has no update since Oct 21. It might be lost. I suggest you contact India Post for more information about RU405025075NL . If india post can not find the parcel, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

you need google India Post customer service phone number in your area.
