Please check for me the tracking RR860836486CN. It's been in Hangzhou for over 1 week and I don't see any update. Please let me know the status of my package and usually how long it takes to get to the U.S. Thanks a lot!

status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is normal, no need worry.

How long I should dispute to Paypal to get the refund if the status hasn't updated anything? Thanks a lot!

paypal deadline is 45 days after payment date. you should open dispute within this deadline. after you have opened dispute, paypal will take about 10 days to investigate the case. paypal will contact seller for delivery proof. if seller can not prove that you have received the goods, you will get refund.
