LS721960603CN It says "No shipping record" I ordered the item on the 26th of February. They sent me an email says it was shipped on the 28th and included the tracking number. It has had no change in status. Should I call my bank?

LS721960603CN has no shipping record. this means your seller never shipped you anything. you are very likely to be scammed .

Yes. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress or call your bank to claim refund against fraud.

If I may say something. I doubt that somebody would buy a domain, create website with some business and scam people. How much money you can make on such a small things before you get reported and payments will be stopped to you ID / bank ? Makes no sense. It's more than likely their made a typo when sending you tracking number. Now all parcels are stuck in GZ or BJ. So contact the seller with this issue of tracking.
