Your shipment was returned to the seller on June 15, 2016 and was successfully delivered back to the seller (not the buyer) on June 18, 2016. Please file for dispute and ask for refund immediately.

Takes a long time to leave Guangzhou Airport.

It is better if you can provide us with your tracking number. Anyhow, my advice now is for you to keep on tracking for your shipment. You may get the "Leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport" status several times before the shipment really made it out of Guangzhou airport. Unless and if you're really lucky, then, it may turn out to be just once and after about 7 - 10 days after the last update, you'll receive your parcel safely. But, the latter is a very distinct case indeed .

From the tracking information, it is apparent that your shipment is going through the Guangzhou airport. Hence, there could be several possibilities. First, if you're really lucky, then, your package is currently on board of an airplane and is on its way to you. Second, as is the case for most shipments that have to go through the Guangzhou airport, your package may spent quite some time at the airport (in the range of 1 - 1.5 months) before the package can really get into a plane. Third, some shipments went through the Guangzhou airport, spent quite some time at the airport (in the range of 1 - 1.5 months) and then were returned back to the sender/seller. Yes, it does not sound pretty. But it seems like there have been serious delays at most of exit points in China most recently (particularly Guangzhou and Suzhou).

At this point of time my only advice is for you to keep on tracking your shipment until the shipment has safely made it to your country. If, by any chance the tracking status indicates "Import customs scan" please file for dispute immediately, since the status means that the shipment will be return to the sender/seller. The seller will not inform you that the package has been returned . Please make sure that your buyer protection period has not lapsed, because you may not be able to file for dispute against the order (even if you have not received your items).
