I've tried to contact a seller regarding my purchase without any success,

After logging into tracking I could see my package on its way to Belarus, not New Zealand.

The seller has good feedback but simply wont contact me, what options do I have?

your seller shipped the parcel to wrong country and the parcel was returned. you can not get this parcel. open dispute and claim refund.
