Post Package Delivered to the wrong State in US

I ordered a Toaster Oven in July. I have not received it. I plugged in the tracking number, LY381545454CN, and it showed it was delivered to Ewa Beach, HI. Really? You've got to be kidding me! I live in Connecticut.

You must be scammed. USPS make delivered according to the address printed in the parcel. Your seller might have give you other people's tracking number . You need to open dispute to paypal/aliexpress to claim refund against fraud.
