Post My order showing same location for one and half month

Hi china post my parcel with tracking number RH124076465CN is showing the same location and still have not received it for one and half month since 03/01/2015, can you tell me what is going on? or if the seller has given me the wrong number or have I been scammed? Please help I ordered tv's and home theatre system, but nothing yet and I paid lots of money for this

RH124076465CN should be lost or rejected in customs. you should open dispute asap.

Hi china post my shipment with tracking number RG103882545CN is showing that shipment was sent from China 15.12.2014. After two month i didn't get item. What to do?

you should open dispute and claim refund from seller asap.

Good day I'm having a similar problem. I had a seller who sent me an invoice with a shippers address which is different from the address he had online. I returned a parcel which was of a poor quality and counterfeit. I was sent an invoice which had a full address and the name of the trading. This adress was also on the dhl tracking invoice as the shippers address. Now the seller won't refund my money because he said he went to the post office and they told him the item is not to his address. I believe this is a way for him not to be located if tax collectors where to try to reach him. I don't know what to do because the package is at the post office Ms I can't get hold of the postal service via phone. I'm really distraught.
