Hi,

I provided my seller with a wrong address after it was saved as default shipping address. I contacted my seller to give her the right address, but she's not co-operating.

I tracked my order on your website and the status is "on the route". I want to give you my address in Jordan so I can guarantee correct delivery.

you can not change address after the parcel was shipped. if it is your mistake to get the wrong address, you should be responsible for the lost of parcel.

it hasn't arrive its destination yet. there is no other way to fix the problem? what happens to lost parcels?

if the parcel address is wrong, you can not get the parcel. The one who make the mistake on address should be responsible for the lose.

both options are all possible. it is more likely to be discarded.

ok... estimated delivery time to Jordan? how long usually does it take for parcels to arrive to Jordan?

returng to Jordan might take up to 6 months.
