Hi,
Probably I opened the first thread in the wrong section so I ask you sorry
I bought two pieces for a Cosplay in early March .
The order has been sent in 01/03/2015 .
They gave me this Tracking Number : CP0000026144746 that is Invalid and doesnt give me a track at all.
Opening a Ticket, they said that I cant track my pack with the standard delivery.
I need the pack for the 15 of April, do you think it will arrive for that time?
If not , can I ask refund for that? In the order it is stated that the order is gonna take 10-20 days to arrive when , after opening a ticket, they are saying that it takes 15-35 days to arrive.
It doesnt seems legit to me.
Any ideas on what to do ?

CP0000026144746 is useless number. your should be cautious to those small websites. too many scams.

your seller might have sent the parcel with non-trackable service, not necessarily scam. You can keep waiting. if you can not get the goods over 30 days after payment , you should open dispute.
