Hello,
I had order product on 18 December 2013 with tracking number RB619678550CN but still not receive it. The tracking list is freeze. Can you tell me current location of product.

RB619678550CN was sent to airline on Dec 29. It should arrive by this week. If you can not get it on Monday, you should open a dispute. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
