I need your help on this one, please.

I purchased this back on 11/23/2016.

Tracking number : LK087378204CN

30-Nov-2016 13:53 Received by Post Office 518029
01-Dec-2016 17:16 Departure export customs SHENZHEN EMS

It is supposed to go to Los Angeles, CA USA.

Is the package lost? Or still in China? Or what is the status?

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel on the China Post EMS site:

2016-12-01 00: 00: 00.0 17:20:36 Shenzhen to leave the processing center, sent to USORDF = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

2. On another tracking if your town start by those 2 first letter: PA. Then the above parcel is yours.

3. I suspect your parcel was misrouted to Chicago instead of Los Angeles, this will cause delay to your parcel.

4. May I suggest you contact seller and advise him of the situation.

Yes, my town starts with PA and it is in Los Angeles County.

Does that mean that my package is still in China? Or did it make it to Chicago?

I have contacted the eBay seller and he said to just wait.

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to USA. The next scan and information will show up when USPS scan your parcel.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

4. If by 12 Jan you can not see any movement on USPS site or have not receive your parcel, then just open a dispute with your seller.
