LW596434035CN was sent to Shenzhen airport on Mar 25 but never get any update since then. It has more than 40% chance to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute to seller for refund.

My package tracking (RV386354709CN) never get any update since Apr 14 2020. @chinapostv-

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV386354709CN shows your parcel was returned from Shenzhen customs on April 14 . You will not get this item in future.

I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.
