My parcel lands in Ontario, Canada..where I live and then I find out it has been delivered..TO NEWFOUNDLAND!
That means it is a scam for sure. I want my 39$ back.

You must be ripped off.

Canada Post make delivery based on the address printed by the shipper.

So if your parcel was delivered to Newfoundland. It means :
1)Your seller either gave you other people's tracking number
or
2)Your seller printed wrong address in the parcel.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon for refund.
