Hi, i'm not a customer using chinapost but i'm using EMS still.

I ordered a package from Egypt via EMS to Singapore but it still hasn't reached me. It should have arrived within a week.

My tracking number: EE601017587EG

Destination Country: Singapore
Origin Country: Egypt

2. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him to verify with Egypt Post about your parcel, it should not take that long.

I have told him to check with egypt post, he said he's gonna send more packages tmr or the day after so he'll ask.

But is this actually normal, for an express package to take this long?

1. No it's not normal to take that long, maybe maximum 15 days altogether from start to delivery.

I called egypt post and they said they cannot do anything about it as the tracking shows that the package has left egypt on the 21st of september. Singapore post said that they have not received my package. What should I do?

1. You might want to open a dispute to get your money back if seller does not want to send you another parcel because to me the parcel is lost.

2. In the tracking I can not confirm that the parcel has left Egypt.
